You’ve heard it a million times… chicks dig guys who are SPONTANEOUS

Being of the moment equals FUN… being rigid and anal equals BORING

I agree with that… but when it comes to being self-motivated, flying by the seat of your pants doesn’t cut it…

To get tough things done, like overcoming the fear of rejection with women, it takes STRUCTURE and DISCIPLINE

I’ll be honest… if I didn’t have self-imposed rules put in place, I’d just spend my free time sleeping and playing video games…

So let’s go through an example of one of my scheduled activities…

—————————————-

Every Wednesday & Saturday = Day Game

Twice a week, I do day game… typically from 6-8pm on Wednesday and 12-4pm on Saturday…

This is REALISTIC and ACHIEVABLE… too many times gurus suggest ridiculously aggressive agendas like “approach 10 girls every day”… I’m guessing the failure rate on that after just 1 week is 99%…

Sure, you’d get better quicker doing day game 7 days per week than just 2… but the reality is that 7 is too much, guys get overwhelmed and 7 becomes ZERO

And 2 is better than 0 ;)

It’s also essential to designate WHERE you’re going ahead of time… for example, this past Sunday I decided the local college library on Wednesday and a coffee shop/mall on Saturday…

—————————————-

Whether it be doing laundry, cleaning your bachelor pad, or approaching women… things you put off become things you feel obligated to do, all with just a little planning and scheduling…

Try it, and reap the rewards…

It’s casual,
