four lokoWe’re living in the era of Starbucks and Red Bull…

We’re marketed that caffeine “gives you wings” and turns you into some extreme sports superman…

I’ve even seen pick-up artist gurus RECOMMEND drinking coffee or energy drinks while approaching girls…

I call shenanigans… Here’s the truth…

Caffeine acts as a stimulant drug

It increases the levels of your stress hormone adrenaline

Adrenaline is basically “anxiety juice” if you don’t burn it off…

So caffeine actually causes MORE anxiety…

And if you ask me, anxiety is the #1 problem guys face in regards to becoming more successful with women.

Just think about it…

Do you want to be jittery and anxious when talking to girls?

…or do you want to be cool and calm instead?

I clearly choose the latter…

So here’s some easy steps to do beforehand to ease your anxiety when approaching girls…

1.) Consume little or no caffeine

2.) Listen to relaxing music

3.) Exercise to burn off adrenaline

There you go…

I really like your posts, Mack. In fact, would be cool to read more of them.

I myself am drinking way too much coffee, and I think it’s messing with my sleep. I have 3-4 a day.

But I got a coffee machine for my clients, and so every day find myself drinking coffee.

I agree - I gotta get off this.

    Thanks :)

    I hear ya David…

Where I work - free coffee is about the only perk lol!

    I haven’t had any coffee in 2 weeks… and I think I’m a little slower thinking in the mornings…

But I’m overall more calm and collective… more balanced throughout the day without any wild energy swings…

That being said… I may go back to drinking 1-2 cups per day…

Moderation is the key to life :)

    Thanks for your comment David…
