Psychiatrist David Henley M.D did a lecture program called “It’s A Brain Thing” that focused on many different mental conditions and disorders.
The “Social Phobia” part is what resonated most with me. In the seduction community we like to focus on
approach anxiety when the problem is typically much bigger.
Watch the video of David speaking below and think if any of the examples he gives could have described you in the past or even present…
I never considered myself to have social phobia or social anxiety disorder, but 90% of those examples described me…
I was afraid of putting myself out there and being judged…
I was sensitive to criticism and rejection…
I avoided eye contact…
I did, and still, have issues with public speaking…
I had nervous tics…
I was that wallflower in the club…
I resorted to drinking lots of alcohol to get over my antisocial nature…
I never became an alcoholic BUT it did result in me getting an OUI and losing my drivers license for 6 months…
That was a real eye opener and one of the major factors that made me finally face my problems and seek help…
Notice that David didn’t recommend taking drugs to fix these problems…
Instead he recommends changing your mental rationalization to realize that what you are thinking is illogical… then he has the person gradually get out there and face their anxiety head on…
This totally mimics what most pickup instructors teach…
Brad P is a great example…

So fix your
inner game and get out there and face your anxiety head on…
