It’s that time of year where everyone is speculating on the next season of VH1’s The Pick-up Artist…
Will there be The Pickup Artist Season 3?
Who will be Mystery’s wingmen?
Will the format of the show change?
Basically the only thing that I know is that Mystery and company are in negotiations for a third season with VH1 and it is practically a done deal that it is going to happen.
Remember that there was 15 months between season 1 and season 2 so there is an unusually long break between seasons compared to other VH1 shows.

How did you get this info? I thought the second season didn’t get good ratings but I guess it was good enough for a third season.

The total viewers is not that great but it skewers high in regards to a target demographic VH1 prizes.
Similarly, The Office typically only gets 8-9 million total viewers but a 3.8-4.5 for the coveted 18-49 demo which makes it a power house.

The season 2 was bad overally, bad writing, bad ideas, matador looked like a pussy, he should go away. tara was suppose to atract more male fans but instead she wasn’t interesting at all. I would be surprised if they approve season 3. There alot of good ideas to be shown in practice.
