Here’s what I know from my insiders regarding the possibility of a season 2 of “ The Pick Up Artist“:
It sounds like VH1 is aware that the show got little initial push and premiered during a bad time of the year and is taking those factors into consideration as far as renewing it. That is a good thing.
I think the success of the season finale will be what ultimately determines if it gets renewed or not. Keep in mind that VH1 renewed “Scott Baio is 45…and single” for a second season earlier this summer if that puts it into a better perspective for you (no offense Chachi).
If anyone knows more please email me at
. I will be selective as always regarding what is told to me and what I pass on to others.
Some other tidbits about the show:
Next weeks episode looks interesting. These guys are having problems hooking and closing regular bar flies so picking up strippers seems a little premature. It looks like one of them got a little limo action so it should be good just as long as he didn’t cough up the Benjamin’s for it. I’m sure part of the stipulations of the challenge is that they have no money to give to the strippers.

Thanks for the update… I’m interested in finding out if their will be a next season, and if there is will they be making any changes as it would be tough to have a show teaching the same exact stuff to 8 more losers.
It would almost be more interesting if they took 8 of Mystey’s all time best students and let them battle it out for best PUA. The title Pick up Artist would actually mean something then. None of these guys can be considered PUA’s by the time the shows over. Fuck it, I’d love to go on the show and show people what Mystery is capable of teaching someone.
Just my thoughts. Keep us posted!

Rumors have it that Savoy or Sinn from The Mystery Method may be on “The Real World”, that would be amazing. A real pick up artist in a house full of beautiful drama girls and jocks, when a new girl is introduced every day, this guy is going to be a major player if it goes down.

Do Savoy or Sinn even fit in the required 18-24 age range to be on “The Real World”?
I’ll be honest … I probably wouldn’t watch it if it did happen any way.
